Tune in deeply to your own center.

  • What gives you a sense of purpose, direction, and meaning in life?
  • What unique gifts to you bring to the world?
  • When do you feel most aligned with your highest calling?
  • If you are a healer or helper, what are your unique attributes?
  • How can you best serve others? 

Keeping in mind your deepest sense of meaning and purpose, reflect for a moment on your life.

  • How much of your time and energy is in alignment with that which is most important and fulfilling?
  • How much on tasks that are draining or depleting?
  • How much of what is draining or depleting is necessary?
  • Perhaps there are changes you need to make in your life.
  • Are there things you can delegate?
  • Do you need to say “no” more often, set limits, or let go of responsibilities that no longer suit you?

These issues are important to clarify for each of us. If you feel out of balance, reflect on changes that you need to make to align yourself with your deepest sense of meaning and purpose.
Start with simple and concrete steps towards change. Make a list, or set short-, medium-, and long-term goals that you can work toward.
